Andrew D. Lee

Andrew D. Lee received a B.S, degree from Columbia University. He is a Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) and is a member of the Association Advanced Life Underwriters (AALU). He is also a Qualifying and Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT).Andrew received his Family Business Specialist (FBS) designation from the American College, Bryn Mawr, PA. He was in the first class at the college to receive this designation.

John T. Andreoli

President and CEO of the Sullivan Group, John Andreoli is a Licensed Insurance Adviser with twenty five years of risk management experience.

Mr. Andreoli graduated from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration (29th OPM). He holds an MBA from Clark University Graduate School of Management and a bachelors degree in economics from the College of the Holy Cross. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from the American Institute of Property and Liability Underwriters, Malvern, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Andreoli served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Saint Vincent Hospital/Worcester Medical Center from 200-2004 and continues to serve as a Trustee. He served as 2003 Campaign Chair for the United Way of Central Massachusetts and as Director from 2002-2006. He is a Trustee of UFS Bancorp and Unibank for Savings.

Eric Gulko, Esq.

Eric Gulko is President of Innovo Benefits Group LLC, a Benefits Consulting and Pension Administration Firm located in Concord, Massachusetts. Eric specializes in health and welfare benefits plan management. Eric completed his undergraduate work at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and obtained his law degree from Boston College Law School. Mr. Hazard has been in the real estate and banking industries for 24 years and formed GuardHill Financial's Boston Office in 1999. Scott specializes in providing financing for the New England high net worth market, and in this capacity has closed several hundred million dollars in sophisticated transactions with an average loan size of $850,000. Prior to joining GuardHill Financial Corp, Scott closed hundreds of complex transactions involving all types of residential and commercial real estate as a broker, developer, and institutional asset manager for aggregate sales exceeding $250 million. In addition, Scott has acted as a consultant to the real estate, banking, and mortgage industries on portfolios valued in excess of $1 billion. Scott graduated from Hartwick College (1984) with a BA in Management, and is also active in annual fundraising for the college.

Jeffrey H. Mandell

Jeffrey H. Mandell, Technical Consultant, did both his undergraduate and graduate studies at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Joseph Wharton Scholar and S.S. Huebner Fellow ultimately achieving degrees with concentrations in accounting and insurance. He then became an Assistant Professor of Insurance at the University of Florida and then at the American College of Life Underwriters, where he was in charge of CLU examination development. He later worked in the Advanced Sales and Special Services Departments of Massachusetts Mutual.

He left Mass Mutual in 1988 as a full Vice President to become a consultant in the business insurance and estate planning areas.
